The Bible is inspired from cover to cover and that includes the
portions that are difficult to read like Leviticus, Numbers and
Deuteronomy, where such things as the laws regarding hygiene,
sacrifices, the Sabbath and long genealogies are detailed. I
confess I struggle through some of those passages. Yet I am
reminded that Matthew chapter four describes how Jesus
resisted Satan’s temptations in the wilderness by quoting
scriptures from Deuteronomy three times!
